Focus on Life-Long Relationships

Estate planning documents are just the beginning of your relationship with our firm. As your trusted advisor, we will be there to answer your questions, offer advice and update your estate plan so it continues to meet your needs throughout your lifetime. To that end, we encourage you call us with questions and you will not have to worry about a bill. Everything we do is billed on a flat-fee basis, agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises. And because relationships change, finances change, and the law definitely changes over time, we offer a free consultation every three years to make sure your estate plan is up-to-date.

Superior Legal Documents

You may have been led to believe that all living trusts and estate plan documents are the same --- with the only difference being price. The truth is that all estate planning documents are not created equal! In order to provide you with the best possible protection in the event of illness, disability or death, we start with documents that are considered the gold standard in estate planning, special needs and elder law. And we update them continually to ensure that we are using cutting-edge planning techniques. In contrast, many of our competitors use bare-bone, boiler-plate forms that won't fully protect your family. Worse yet, you or your loved one's won't find out that your plan is a lemon until you need it to work -- and by then it will be too late to fix it. Yes, they may have been cheaper - but is it worth it? The phrase, penny wise, pound foolish comes to mind.

Continuing Education

Keeping you informed is critical to us. It starts with the initial estate planning consultation when we explain estate planning concepts in non-legalese. We want you to understand your plan because every person and family benefits from making informed choices about planning for their future. We're also committed to helping you stay up-to-date on information that's relevant to living well and leaving the legacy you desire to leave with our weekly blog posts and digital newsletter. Finally, we stay current with the latest and best techniques in estate planning and elder law through constant continuing education. We are uniquely positioned to apply the most effective, most current and well-designed strategies available to your personal planning needs.

We Offer a Free 60-Minute Estate Planning Consultation*

We believe in spending time getting to know you and your concerns. Our free session allows you to get answers to your questions, as well as recommendations concerning your unique planning options. We will clearly outline the costs associated with each option so that you can make informed decisions about your family's future. We believe our job is to educate you, not to sell you some documents.
